Spent my Saturday trekking through Australian bush at Mount Mee and came across this snake skeleton along the way! Let me tell you, this serpent was BIG (each vertebrae was approx 2cm in diameter)! We are thinking Carpet Python (Morelia spilota) but we’re certainly not the experts.
